Steve howling.
Steve was a worker at Dooley and Son's Lumber Camp. He wasn't the brightest in the camp, which gave one of the prisoners, Little Jimmy, an opportunity to escape. He is quite strange, and likes to bark when he chases things. He first appears in "Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry's Big River Rescue" with this personality. He then appears again as a worker for a toy train factory.

Steve is a skinny carrot who wears brown overalls and a red checkered undershirt, with a white shirt under that. He also wears a red checkered lumberjack cap and grows a brown mustache and beard.
